RESPONSIBILITES
- Enterprise Data Management professional who can drive efforts around enterprise data modeling and definition, applying life-cycle processes, tools and governance working with data subject matter experts, data analysts, and other stakeholders based in North America and Europe.
- Lead Enterprise Messaging and XML Modeling efforts and support the definition and maintenance of message payload data and metadata definitions that will be used by all applications that communicate over the Enterprise Service Bus.
- Ensure conformance to Data Management practices at different project SDLC phases and in application release management.
- Establish XML based message payload modeling standards and reference XML schemas. Produce XML message specifications consistent with enterprise models.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ Years Enterprise Data Management Architect
- 5+ Years Creation of enterprise wide data models and definitions as well as the processes, methods and governance to achieve consistency of definition and structure.
- 8+ Years Highly skilled in logical and physical relational data modeling/design.
- 5+ Years Enterprise Message Models (Canonical Models) based on XML Schema.
- Excellent data analysis and facilitation skills
- Experience in production of data models using a variety of inputs such as requirements analysis; SME interviews; and business process, data flow, metadata, authoritative data source and data quality analyses.
- Oracle DBMS Experience/ SQL Extensive knowledge of industry standard data modeling tools/repositories.
- Experience Data integration, data warehousing and integration middleware (including ESB).
- Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams.
