Develop and maintain detailed project plans andØ track deliverables
Track and mitigate project issues and riskØ
AppliesØ industry standard project and process management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities in order to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations
Lead project planning, estimating, and schedulingØ activities as they relate to Infrastructure design, development, and implementation
Evaluate 3rd party vendor products and prepareØ recommendations
Provide technical expertise in executing applicationØ project activities and developing processes to support the new infrastructure (requirements, design, spec, code, test, deploy, and turnover);
• Review of current MP Infrastructure
Review current environment pain points andØ limitations
Review current infrastructure constraints for capacity andØ performance
• Delivery of future infrastructure and support Model
WorkØ with Enterprise Architecture to ensure the architectural framework supports the business requirements. Define and deliver the technical and non-functional requirements. Validate and/or identify gaps with existing architectural standards that are required to meet the requirements.
Work withØ Infrastructure Engineering to ensure the design meets the technical requirements. As part of the design, ensure the design package contains at a minimum:
Identification of hardware components, configurations for capacity§ and performance
Conceptual/physical environment and network topology§ Network IP addressing standards and management§
DNS/DHCP§ Assignments
Work with Enterprise Security to ensure standard processes areØ followed for procurement and licensing.
Work with Strategic Sourcing toØ ensure proposed Infrastructure adheres to and supports all current security standards and requirements.
Ensure the design package is delivered toØ Operations for deployment and is deployed on time.
Working from businessØ requirements and following ITIL processes, create SLA’s & drive supporting OLA’s within the IT organization
Working with IT areas and following ITILØ processes participate in developing infrastructure operational support models.
• Software Configuration Management
Work closely with theØ appropriate teams to review current configurations management process and provide recommendation as required
Ensure software version control andØ management is followed
Review current tools and identify any gaps andØ provide recommendation as required
• Define & ensure delivery of non-functional requirement

• Project Delivery (PM)
Hands on knowledge of Microsoft Project andØ the ability to develop, maintain, and track project schedules and deliverables.
Ability to work with and lead cross functional teams fromØ multiple IT and/or Business units.
Demonstrated ability to handle multipleØ and changing priorities effectively
Ability to identify and implementØ technical process improvements
A complete understanding of the SystemsØ Lifecycle development process
3 years experience in IT project managementØ
• Communication
